Weekly Update
for the Week Ending
Friday, December 21
Dear
Room 15 Families,
Being
back in room 15 with your kids was great. We were happy to see each other and spent some
time catching up about the break.
Writing
Grandparent Biographies and learning about our upcoming Ellis Island Day has certainly
kept us busy and will continue to take a lot of our attention this upcoming
week.
Please be on the lookout for important FIELD TRIP INFORMATION this week in your child’s homework folder on Monday. After reviewing it, please let me know if you
have any questions.
As part of our GRANDPARENT
BIOGRAPHIES, we would LOVE to have a photo of the grandparent your child will be writing about. Don’t worry about the quality (it can be a
photo of the photo), size or age of the photo.
It would be best if this could be emailed to me or added to your child’s
Google Drive.
•REVISION INQUIRY: We
would really love to
have you come in and share your experience about how you use mistakes in
your life. More info

What’s
Coming Up:

our grandparent biographies.

migration and pay some special attention to the historically significant
migration of people from Europe to America around 1900.
•We will meet with our buddies to
plan Kindness Rocks.
•We hope to start filming
teachers talking about a role model they have in their life.
